Please read these terms carefully before using the jita8 platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jita8 platform and all its services. This document forms a legal agreement between you ("User") and jita8. Accessing the platform, creating an account, or beginning to use any service means you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
1.1 Definitions
The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:
- "Platform" — The jita8 website, mobile interface, and applications collectively.
- "Services" — All online gaming, betting, and casino features provided through the platform.

- "Account" — The personal profile created through registration, under which balance and history are stored.

- "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before a bonus becomes withdrawable.

Although these Terms are published in Bengali, the final legal interpretation is subject to the decision of jita8 authorities. If any dispute arises, please contact the jita8 support team.

Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
jita8 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. At the time of account creation, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement. jita8 may request identity documents at any time to verify age.
Strict Prohibition
Use of this platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account suspension and all balances may be forfeited.
2.2 Registration Process
To register with jita8, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. A person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension and forfeiture of all accounts.
- The information provided must be truthful and complete.
- The phone number or email provided at registration must be active and your own.
- jita8 may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for identity verification.
- jita8 reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.
Section 3
Account Management
3.1 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. jita8 is not responsible for unauthorized access.
3.2 Account Verification
jita8 may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. If this process is not completed or the required documents are not submitted, withdrawal access will be suspended. No withdrawals will be processed until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Ownership
Accounts are non-transferable. No third party may operate your account, and you may not operate another person's account. Any activity carried out on your account will be considered your own.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
Funds can be deposited to jita8 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
- jita8 reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds.
- Suspicious transactions may be placed on hold.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes, however delays may occur in some cases due to account verification or security review.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. All wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
jita8 complies with international anti-money laundering policies. If suspicious financial activity is identified, the relevant account will be suspended for investigation and additional information will be requested.

Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
jita8 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount). For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳15,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.
- The requirements must be met within a specified time period after accepting the bonus.
- The wagering contribution may differ by game or betting category.
- Making a withdrawal while a bonus is active will cancel the bonus.
5.3 Other Promotions
jita8 offers various cashback offers and VIP benefits from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be published separately. jita8 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.

Gameplay & Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
jita8 follows a fair play policy. All games on the platform are supplied by certified game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others, and are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game session is affected by a technical error or disconnection, jita8 will resolve the issue by verifying against system records. In such cases, jita8's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Betting Limits
Each game and market carries its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are displayed in the game interface. jita8 reserves the right to change limits if unusual betting patterns are detected.

7.1 Self-Control Features
- Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Betting Limits: The option to cap the total betting amount over a specific time period.
- Taking a Break: Your account can be temporarily deactivated for anywhere from 24 hours to six months.
- Permanent Closure: If you feel the need, you can request to permanently close your account.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jita8 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or fraudulent information.
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
- Attempting to hack or modify game software.
- Using corrupt methods against the platform.
- Transferring or selling an account.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors.
- Harassing other users or staff.
Consequences
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

Account Closure
10.1 Closure by User
You may request to close your account at any time. Before submitting the request, all active bonus conditions must be fulfilled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn.
10.2 Closure by jita8
jita8 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- If identity verification fails.
- If suspicious financial activity is detected.
- Upon instruction from legal or regulatory authorities.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
jita8 is not liable in the following situations:
- Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
- Technical issues on the part of third-party game providers.
- Losses arising from user negligence or error.
- Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure situations.
- Losses resulting from a user's login credentials falling into the hands of a third party.
jita8's total liability will be limited to the maximum permitted extent under applicable law. jita8 is not liable for special, indirect, or incidental damages.

Changes to Terms
jita8 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.
For significant changes, jita8 will endeavour to notify users via their registered email. However, this is not a legal obligation — it is the user's own responsibility to review the terms regularly.
